Operation

The general outline of the steps to make a reservation throughout our website, is explained below:

1: Information about the availability of the services to be provided (accommodation, and other services).

2: The reservation has been properly processed.

3: Data input and reservation of the services.

4: Payment method: Credit card with a safe bridge or Bank Draft (must be done within the next 24 hours, if not, the reservation shall be cancelled).

5: Confirmation of the reservation or Request of reservation, if the reservation on request were not offered in point 1 (in that case, there shall be no point 4).

6: Delivery of the confirmation-Valuation and voucher for presentation to the borrower of the service.
