Persona que tramitó la reserva muy amable. Ningún problema a la llegada al hotel, ni al recoger las entradas (por cierto, estupendas). Tarjeta San Sebastián Card muy cómoda y útil. La ciudad perfecta.
Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Repetiremos.

Perfecto el hotel, cerca de la llegada de meta y buen desayuno... Sólo no os pongo un 10 por la falta de transporte del hotel a la salida de la carrera (Behobia) aunque no me acuerdo si es que no estaba ofertado o no lo contratamos... La atención de Cristina PUY, también fué espectacular... Todo fué fantástico. Muchas gracias, el año que viene si podemos repetimos...

Creo que se podría observar la posibilidad de incluir el servicio de transporte a behovia desde el hotel. Creo que todo el mundo estaría dispuesto a pagar la diferencia por el servicio.
